Relax Into Presence

A body scan is a great way to practice mindfulness meditation.

Here, we practice letting go, tolerating, accepting, and moving on, to what feels pleasant and what might not feel pleasant. Noticing parts of the body we may not bring our attention too often, and passing by the parts we tend to hyper focus on.
