Introduction to mindfulness meditation key concepts to help develop your practice of awareness.

Mindfulness of the breath and body core concepts to name sensation and become embodied.

Relax Into Presence
A body scan is a great way to practice mindfulness meditation. Scanning and shifting your awareness to multiple parts of your body allow the mind to stay focus away from thinking and into feeling. We practice letting go, tolerating, accepting, and moving on, to what feels pleasant and what might not feel pleasant. Noticing parts of the body we may not bring our attention too often, and passing by the parts we tend to hyper focus on.
