Your Not Behind Your being Guided

You’re Not Behind — You’re Being Guided

If you’re new to your spiritual journey, this is for you.

Have you started noticing signs? Repeating numbers? Moments that feel like more than coincidence—like something is gently guiding you?

There are days, as a new mom, where I catch myself in a loop:

Am I doing enough? Should I be doing more? Why can’t I keep up?

I sit with my baby resting on my lap. She stirs, softly crying out for me, and I adjust her while trying to type, trying to be productive, trying to keep up with everything.

And then I feel it—frustration rising.

If only I could…

I should…

Why can’t I…

The spiral begins.

And then—I stop.

I breathe.

Inhale. Exhale.

I look around the room and come back to what’s real.

I’m right here.

She’s right here.

She is my priority.

The laptop can wait.

The to-do list can wait.

Even I can wait.

This moment is what matters.

And maybe the sign I was looking for isn’t out there in numbers or something big and obvious. Maybe the sign is this—me slowing down, me choosing presence, me catching myself before I disappear into that spiral.

Because not long ago, I wouldn’t have noticed it. I would have stayed in it. Pushed through. Ignored the moment.

But now, I pause.

And that pause? That’s growth. That’s alignment. That’s the work.

It can feel like everyone else is doing more, achieving more, being more—and here I am, holding my baby, breathing, choosing presence over productivity.

But what if that’s exactly where I’m meant to be?

What if this season isn’t about doing more—but about being more?

And just when I softened into that… when I stopped fighting the moment and started trusting where I was—life met me there.

My husband landed his dream job.

A job that allows me to be home with our baby.

To slow down.

To be present.

To live this exact chapter I was questioning.

And the timing?

He received the offer the day before his maternity leave ended.

Right on time.

Not a coincidence—but a confirmation.

A reminder that I am supported, even when I question everything.

That I am safe.

That I am loved.

That this—exactly as it is—is my path.

So if you’re wondering if you’re on the right path…

If you feel like you should be doing more or being somewhere else…

Pause.

Take a breath.

Look around.

You might already be living the answer.

One breath. One moment at a time.
